Demi Moore showed off her trimmed-down physique this Thursday when she hit the red carpet at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas.
Long famed for her willowy figure, she appeared even thinner than usual when she posed earlier this month at the Actor Awards, formerly the SAG Awards.
With her reduced frame thrown into relief by a skintight sleeveless black gown, she set off a round of unconfirmed online Ozempic rumors.
For her latest red carpet, the 63-year-old modeled a plunging sleeveless wrap dress that allowed her to display one of her vertiginous legs.
Her outfit was cinched in with a glimmering orange sash, amplifying the slimming effect as she beamed radiantly for the cameras under the sunshine.
She was attending the festival premiere of her new film I Love Boosters!, starring Keke Palmer and directed by Sorry to Bother You filmmaker Boots Riley.

Moore found time to mingle with the director during the premiere, placing her hands affectionately on his shoulders as they posed for the shutterbugs together.
Her date to the premiere was her 1.2lb miniature chihuahua Pilaf, whom she has carried to a string of public events in the past.
Palmer, meanwhile, was a scene-stealing presence at the premiere in a peekaboo dress that displayed her chiseled abs to enviable advantage.
The 32-year-old’s halter neck canary yellow frock was perfectly cut to emphasize her toned physique and featured a thigh-slit up the right side.
Emphasizing her luminous complexion with makeup, she accessorized with hoops and bracelets, bringing the look together with a towering set of heels.
I Love Boosters! stars Palmer as the head of a ring of shoplifters who start targeting the boutiques of an acid-tongued designer played by Moore.
The movie is named after a 2006 song by Boots Riley’s Oakland-born hip-hop group The Coup, in which he first rose to fame in the 1990s.
‘A booster’s a person who jacks from the retail and sells it in the hood for a dirt cheap resale,’ the song explains – a definition carried over into the movie.

Moore’s svelte figure at the Actor Awards earlier this month sent fans spiraling into speculation online, where one asked Grok: ‘Is she on Ozempic?’
Another went a step further and wondered: ‘Good grief is all of Hollywood on Ozempic?’ as others opined that she was ‘Too skinny,’ joking: ‘Food must be very expensive in LA,’ and: ‘Is she actually on the substance?’
The Substance was a buzzy 2024 body horror movie starring Moore as an ageing actress who creates a younger version of herself (Margaret Qualley) by taking an illegal drug, with the two bodies having to switch consciousness every week.

Demi Moore is debuting a daring ‘do!
The actress, 63, stepped out during Milan Fashion Week sporting a bold new hairstyle, trading her signature long dark hair for a trendy wet-look bob. Moore sported the dramatic look while attending Gucci’s FW26 Fashion Show at Palazzo Delle Scintille on Feb. 26.
Moore’s new look was crafted by celebrity hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos, he shared in a post on Instagram. He called the look the “Demi-tris BoB.”

In a press release, Giannetos said of the style: “I wanted to give Demi a very bold and fashion forward look for [Gucci creative director] Demna’s show. It is inspired by the silhouettes of the new collection. I felt an amazing, short, above the shoulder bob with this very sleek wet texture would be perfect to complement her look. It’s a big change for Demi – we’ve never seen her like this before! She looks very cool, effortless and modern. And it highlights her personality.”
At the show, Moore paired her edgy new hairstyle with an all-leather ensemble of a fitted black jacket and slim black pants, put together by celebrity stylist Brad Goreski, he and Moore shared in a joint Instagram post. She wore large shades and black stilettos and carried a black handbag to complete the look. The full look was by Gucci’s new creative director, Demna Gvasalia, per the post.

The actress added one more element to her Gucci show look: her famous pup, Pilaf! Moore carried her purse in one hand and cradled her pint-sized chihuahua in the other to attend the show, which Elledescribed as emblematic of trends from the late ’90s and the brand’s Tom Ford era.
In January, Moore spoke with PEOPLE about her hair, addressing both her quintessential long hair look and some of the more adventurous hairstyles she’s rocked over the years.
“I like leaving room to play,” Moore told PEOPLE, adding that her hair “has lived many lives.”
The one cut that impacted Moore’s perception of beauty, she admitted, was for her 1997 role in G.I. Jane, for which she shaved her head. Moore said the bold ‘do “probably was the most illuminating experience and one that deepened my appreciation for my hair!”

Ultimately, though, Moore returns time and time again to her long hair, which she favors for its “simplicity,” she said.
“It feels most like me,” Moore told PEOPLE. “Being able to change my look with wigs and pieces feeds my need for change, but at the end of the day, I love taking it down, seeing my hair fall past my waist. It’s like coming home.”

On March 1, Moore arrived at the Actor Awards in Los Angeles with her hair slicked back into a low bun with intricate details. She wore a voluminous Schiaparelli ensemble for the event to tap into the Old Hollywood dress code.
The black column gown featured a sculptural strapless neckline with a textured pattern down the front. The most jaw-dropping aspect of the design, however, is a massive white tulle piece, speckled with black polka dots, adhered to the back of the dress.
To top off the dramatic look, Moore sported glittering jewels by Harry Winston totaling over 95 carats.
In January, Moore was named global ambassador for Kérastase. In a release, the Academy Award-nominated actress and New York Times bestselling author shared, “There’s a real freedom in letting your hair simply be itself and allowing it to tell your story. That, to me, is what beauty is all about — being authentic and embracing who you are.”
“As I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more thoughtful about how I care for it. Partnering with a brand that I already use felt natural,” Moore told PEOPLE of her desire to work with the brand. “It’s iconic, high quality, and aligned with where I am in my hair journey. It isn’t just about repair, it’s about care that creates longevity.”
