Demi Moore debuted her new bob haircut with a full leather look at the Gucci fall/winter 2026 show during Milan Fashion Week – see pictures

emi Moore has become synonymous in recent years with her long, raven locks. She typically wears them sleek and straight, cascading to her hips, occasionally adding a soft wave for variation.
But to witness Demna Gvasalia take the helm at Gucci with his debut fall/winter 2026 collection during Milan Fashion Week, the actress knew it was time for a dramatic change. As she graced the front row on February 27, Demi Rocker an ultra-short bob cut that was styled into a wet look with soft wave accents.
The bob skimmed her jawline and was styled with a deep side part, adding dimension and texture to the striking new look. The blunt cut perfectly complemented her head-to-toe leather look that consisted of a fitted black leather jacket and matching skin-tight pants. The ensemble was completed with pointed-toe heels, a black handbag, oversized sunglasses, and her pet pooch.
“I wanted to give Demi a very bold and fashion-forward look for Demna’s show,” Demi’s hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos told InStyle.”It is inspired by the silhouettes of the new collection. I felt an amazing, short, above the shoulder bob with this very sleek, wet texture would be perfect to complement her look. It’s a big change for Demi – we’ve never seen her like this before! She looks very cool, effortless, and modern. And it highlights her personality.”
Demi Moore’s hair
The bold cut comes as a surprise considering Demi’s dedication to growing her hair. For the cover interview of Glamour Magazine’s 2025 Global Women of the Year issue, Demi opened up about the secret behind her hair. “I just started to let it grow. And it also kind of coincided with stepping back from work to be with my kids,” admitted Demi.
“I think probably because I’m also lazy and I don’t like to sit in the chair or have to go and get it done a lot.” Demi went on to explain that she never allowed her age to influence her decision to grow out her hair. “[We often hear] that as women get older, they shouldn’t have long hair. And for some reason, I didn’t buy it. I didn’t believe it, and it didn’t make sense to me why that had to be the case,” she shared.
“I did notice, particularly women who were going through menopause, that they were…all were kind of cutting their hair in a very almost masculine way, just desexualizing themselves. And so I think there was a combination of this attachment to it, too. Sometimes I think I’ve just willed it.”
Daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore says she works 4 jobs to support child
American actress Rumer Willis, the daughter of actors Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, says she works four jobs simultaneously to support herself and her daughter, pushing back against claims that she relies financially on her parents.

According to Yahoo, the 38-year-old shared an Instagram Story on Feb. 16 stating that she is financially self-reliant.
“I work four different jobs to provide for my daughter,” she wrote. “I am the sole provider for [my three-year-old]. I don’t live off a trust fund or get money from my parents.”
She added that she receives little help caring for her daughter most of the time.
“So how about y’all pause before you judge and assume.”
Willis welcomed daughter Louetta in 2023 with her former partner, musician Derek Richard Thomas.
The statement followed an Instagram post about the realities of single motherhood that drew comments Willis described as “uninformed” and “rude,” according to People magazine. Some followers suggested she benefits from financial backing from her parents.
While acknowledging that family support can serve as a safety net, Willis said she remains aware of her privileges but does not depend on them financially.
The actress added that she has spent years as the primary breadwinner not only for her child but also for others, while navigating pregnancy, inconsistent employment and the uncertainty common in freelance creative work.
She rejected perceptions that she lacks a work ethic or understanding of financial hardship, emphasizing that the pressures of single parenthood and unstable income have shaped her experience.
Willis made her acting debut opposite her mother in the 1995 coming-of-age drama “Now and Then.” She later appeared in films including “The House Bunny” and “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” as well as television series “90210” and “Empire.”

Heidi Klum addresses menopausal weight gain following red carpet appearance
Heidi Klum opened up about gaining weight as a result of menopause on her new docuseries On & Off the Catwalk – see details

eidi Klum has spoken out about the pregnancy speculation she faced after attending the Venice International Film Festival in August 2025. In her new docuseries On & Off the Catwalk, the supermodel opened up about her weight gain and shared that it is a result of menopause.
This series will follow Heidi at the peak of her career, while also spotlighting Henri and Leni’s modelling work. On and Off the Catwalk was released on February 22 on ProSieben and Joyn.
“Many say she’s too fat or too thin or pregnant, but I am not pregnant. I’m just a little fatter now. It’s the menopause,” she said. The topic around Heidi’s weight arose following attention she received when she graced the red carpet in custom Intimissimi.
The rose-gold hued gown featured a corseted bodice with exposed boning, sheer mesh paneling, and a balconette bust. The design flowed seamlessly into a floor-length skirt with a satin sheen finish and soft draped ruching at her right hip, creating an elegant silhouette.
Heidi’s luscious blonde locks were styled into soft waves framed by her signature curtain bangs while her makeup oozed soft glam, courtesy of a smoky eye, a pinch of blush, and a glossy lip. The look was completed with a diamond-encrusted choker necklace and matching clutch bag.
Menopause and weight gain
Heidi’s struggle with weight gain at 52 is very common among women her age. As per Mayo Clinic, weight gain often continues at about the rate of 1.5 pounds each year as a woman goes through her 50s. The hormonal shifts that occur during menopause often increase the likelihood of weight accumulating around the abdomen instead of the hips and thighs.
Nutritional and wellness coach Rosana Parra previously spoke to us about the most significant weight loss mistakes women make during menopause, the optimal dietary and exercise strategies and advice for improving overall well-being.
Rosana explained that weight gain occurs around the stomach area “primarily due to significant hormonal changes, specifically the drop in oestrogen levels, which causes a redistribution of fat from the hips to the midsection”.
“Stress increases cortisol levels. When elevated, this hormone raises insulin, which makes fat burning difficult,” she explained. Getting poor quality or non-restorative sleep “increases our cravings for sugar and processed foods during the day, which promotes weight gain”.
Rosana also shared that “the biggest, and most frequent, mistake when trying to lose weight at this stage is eating too little.” To achieve a balanced weight, Rosana advises a “balanced menu based on whole, real food, eliminating ultra-processed products.”
