Internet users can’t cope with the adorable moment a deaf and blind dog tried to greet his owner—but encountered a little trouble finding him.
The video was shared on the canine’s dedicated TikTok account, @sunnyzbanks, showing the rescue dog named Sunny Z trying to locate his owner. The white pup can be seen spinning around in circles with his head raised in the air, knowing his dad was somewhere nearby.
After a few moments of difficulty, the sweet dog didn’t give up and kept moving around the room until he eventually found his target. Sunny Z’s owner reached his arms out and gave the pet some well-earned cuddles and fuss at the end of the video.
The precious moment has delighted social-media users, and the video has gone viral. Since it was posted on December 2, the clip has amassed over 548,000 views and more than 102,000 likes on TikTok at the time of writing.
Newsweek has contacted @sunnyzbanks via TikTok for comment. We could not verify the details of the video.

Deaf and blind dogs rely heavily on scent and touch to gain information and to navigate the world around them. These can be powerful tools for owners to harness to communicate with their dog, such as using distinct scents to make certain places in the home or touch signals.
While their lives might be a little different from most, deaf and blind dogs can certainly live fulfilling lives. Burns Court Veterinary Care recommends establishing daily care routines to provide structure, as this will help the canine feel secure in their home. This ranges from their feeding times, exercise regime and other aspects of daily life.
Deaf and blind dogs should also be socialized and introduced to new environments, but it is worth doing so gradually. There is a lot for them to take in all at once, so take care in new situations and let the pup take it at their own pace.
