Every day is a new chance to start things all over. At least, that is something dogs would say if they could talk. Thanks to the people who put their best energy into it, many homeless dogs end up finding incredible forever homes.

One such case of humanity at its finest is Paw Squadron. Driven by pure emotion and unconditional love toward dogs, this rescue organization has helped hundreds of dogs transform their lives.

Recently, they showed compassion again when they received a call about a teeny-tiny puppy abandoned in a remote village.

Spotted Just In Time

The rescue received a call about a weeks-old puppy that was cruelly dumped in a distant area by his owner. Witnessing this harrowing act of animal cruelty, a couple of local residents immediately came to the pup’s aid.

They took him into their home and sheltered him for days until, finally, help arrived!

The PS rescuer couldn’t be more grateful to the people who gave their best to keep the abandoned pup alive. Thanks to their selfless efforts, he survived through the worst period of his life and, eventually, got the chance to continue his life journey.

The pup was evidently still traumatized and shaken, but he put all of his trust into his new hoomans.

He didn’t cry nor try to escape. He clung to the people tightly, hoping better days would come. And boi, was he right!

Who Wants A Delicious Meal

After a long drive back to the rescuer’s home, the pup was provided with TLC and a delicious meal. At first, he was a bit reluctant to eat, but it didn’t take this sweet boi long to gobble up the entire bowl of food. 

The pup was hungry and needed a proper feeding plan, so he couldn’t be more grateful for having the best treatment in his temporary home.

The rescuer really did his best to make him feel as comfy as possible. And, even though he was still shaking in fear, he slowly understood that this, from now on, was a safe place.

He slowly roamed around the rooms and explored the new environment. He still needed time to fully settle in, but he was definitely on the right track.

Then came his very first bath, ever, and with it – the revelation. He completely let himself go, relaxing so completely that he lay comfortably throughout the entire process. This was a breakthrough moment in which the pup put his trust in his rescuer.

A Fluffy Boi Waiting For A Second Chance

It was truly magical to see the pup transform into the fluffiest lovebug after the bath. Underneath all of the dirt from the past was, indeed, the pup with the softest, Teddy bear-like fur. 

He looked like a brand-new dog who was just given a new chance!

The next day, this sweet boi visited the vet for the first time, ever.  Other than receiving his first vaccine and being dewormed, he was one healthy pup, eager to take on new adventures with the right people.

Very soon, the pup will embark upon another exciting life journey with the right family. All he needs right now is people who are willing to accept him and provide him with a nice, cozy home.

When that happens, I’m absolutely pawsitive that he will make an excellent companion!
