He gave fans a glimpse at the “Lowe family tradition.”
Rob Lowe is sharing a glimpse of his father-son workout routine—shirtless, of course—at age 61. On Tuesday, May 27, The West Wing actor had fans seeing double as he playfully pumped some iron with his lookalike son John during a tongue-in-cheek “family tradition.”
The Brat Pack alum showed off his physique in the Instagram post, which showed him posing shirtless with his arm tattoos on full display. Lowe, who ditched his shoes for a barefoot workout, wore a pair of long gray shorts as he flexed his muscles for the camera. Giving the camera a faux-serious smolder, his mini-me—29-year-old son John—mirrored his expression as he stood on his father’s left side. The Unstable actor, who is the youngest son of Lowe and Sheryl Berkoff, also went shirtless as he flexed his arms crossed over his abs. John wore light-wash jeans, a pair of white sneakers with pink laces, and a tan baseball cap with red lettering for his workout.

Lowe poked fun at the thirst trap of it all, captioning the photo, “Lowe family tradition: self indulgent shirtless gym photos.” It’s unknown where The Outsiders star and his son were working out, but they could be seen standing in front of a wooden wall with racks of dumbbells, a blank TV, and workout machines behind them.

However, John appeared to reveal that the father-son pair were traveling for the Memorial Golf tournament, as he shared several photos of the pair hanging out in a hotel room before hitting the green on the golf course. “Three generations of Lowes,” he captioned a photo showing him, his father, and Rob’s dad, lawyer Charles Lowe, posing next to each other on the grass.

Brad Pitt Covers “GQ” in $4,500 Thigh-High Leather Boots Making the Rounds on Hollywood’s Hottest Men
Alexander Skarsgård and Pedro Pascal have also rocked the Saint Laurent boots
These boots are made for… the men of Hollywood.
Following recent sightings of Pedro Pascal and Alexander Skarsgård in the Saint Laurent Joe Over-the-Knee leather boots, it seems only natural that Brad Pitt take them for a spin.
The actor, 61, covers GQ’s summer issue, alongside F1 costars Lewis Hamilton and Damson Idris. The three men, who each grace their own cover, spoke with GQ’s global director of content development Daniel Riley about how they set out to create “the most authentic, realistic, and grounded racing movie ever made,” per the outlet.
In a series of beachside photos, Pitt poses in a black T-shirt by Rick Owens, pants by Isabel Marant and belt by Artemas Quibble. The real stars of the ensemble, however, are the black leather thigh-high boots by Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello.

Prior to Pitt’s GQ cover, two other Hollywood studs were recently spotted in the leather boots. On March 24, Pascal, 50, wore the shoes to the Los Angeles premiere of The Last of Us season 2. The actor teamed them with leather pants, a royal blue turtleneck and a blue-and-green plaid jacket.

Skarsgård, 48, turned heads in the boots at the premiere of The Phoenician Scheme at the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival. He opted for a classic black suit, black tie and white shirt.
Asked whether the move to make their first public-event appearance in at a Formula 1 race was deliberate, Pitt laughed and told the outlet of the July 2024 event, “No, dude, it’s not that calculated.”
“If you’re living, oh my God, how exhausting would that be? If you’re living with making those kinds of calculations?” he added. “No, life just evolves. Relationships evolve.”
The Oscar winner also shared, “My personal life is always in the news. It’s been in the news for 30 years, bro. Or some version of my personal life, let’s put it that way.”

Pitt’s divorce with ex-wife Angelina Jolie was finalized in late 2024 after years of legal back-and-forth. When asked if he felt relief from that chapter being finally closed, he said, “No, I don’t think it was that major of a thing. Just something coming to fruition. Legally.”
Pitt and de Ramon have been dating since late 2022, following his split from Jolie, 49, in 2016. The exes, who share six children, were declared legally single in 2019.
