While we were returning after feeding 300 homeless dogs, we found this little soul curled up in the corner of a dark lane; alone, trembling, and trying his best to make himself invisible. He looked like someone’s beloved pet once, but now he sat there as if the whole world had turned its back on him.
Every time we stepped closer, he covered his face with his paws… Not to attack. Not to growl. But as if he believed he didn’t deserve love anymore.
That level of fear only comes from someone who trusted the wrong humans.
We sat with him for hours, whispering gently, letting him know he wasn’t alone anymore. Slowly, he lifted his head… and in his eyes, we saw a dog who had lost everything but was still hoping, just a little for kindness.
We feed 300 homeless dogs / puppies every single day. We treat the injured, rescue the abandoned, and find homes for the unwanted. But right now… we are struggling.
Vet bills, food, medicines, foster care everything is becoming heavier than we can carry alone.
