Here’s How Bruised Donald Trump’s Hand Was During The Press Conference Today

Earlier today, President Donald Trump held a conference to announce that Space Command will move from Colorado to Alabama.

Though the livestream started late, he did appear to be alive, contrary to many of the viral rumors that emerged this weekend.

Part of the speculation surrounding his health comes from bruising that has been seen on the 79-year-old’s hands for some months now, which the White House physician claimed was “consistent with minor soft tissue irritation from frequent handshaking.”

So, what was the state of his digits after a week away from public appearances? Still seemingly bruised and covered in concealer:

Trump did acknowledge the whole “being dead” rumors at the press conference, saying, “Last week, I did numerous news conferences all successful, they went very well. Like this is going very well. And then I didn’t do any for two days and they said, ‘There must be something wrong with him.'”

Recently, it was announced that Trump had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, resulting in swelling in his legs.

Stephen Colbert Nearly Loses It In The Middle Of Absolutely Filthy Trump Impression

“Late Show” host Stephen Colbert returned from his summer break with a look at the rumors surrounding President Donald Trump’s health.

Trump went nearly a week with only very limited appearances, and no public events, fueling speculation that he may not be well, especially given the bruises that have appeared on his hands and swelling in his feet and ankles.

The White House has said the swelling is due to chronic venous insufficiency, which involves poor blood flow from the legs back to the heart, and the bruises are from frequent handshaking combined with aspirin use.

Colbert rolled footage of Vice President JD Vance insisting that the president is in “incredibly good health.”

“He’s got incredible energy,” Vance told USA Today. “And while most of the people who work around the president of the United States are younger than he is, I think that we find that he actually is the last person who goes to sleep. He’s the last person making phone calls at night.”

“OK. The president doesn’t sleep, and is on the phone all night,” Colbert summarized. “Proof that he is completely healthy or runs a phone sex line.”

That’s when Colbert broke out his impression of Trump working on a phone sex line.

“What am I wearing? I’m wearing my baseball hat with my name on it and compression socks for my bloated cankles,” he said in his Trump voice. “Oh, oh, they’re so plump with fluid right now.”

That’s when Colbert started to lose it, needing almost 15 seconds before getting to the next line:

“I could shake ’em up. You wanna hear ’em gurgle?” he finally said as the audience howled with laughter. “You like that? You like that, baby?”
