Pop star Katy Perry is forcefully denying claims of sexual assault leveled by actress Ruby Rose.
Rose, who last starred in the TV series Batgirl, claims that Perry sexually assaulted her in Australia, according to Variety.
“Katy Perry sexual assaulted me at spice market nightclub in Melbourne. Who gives a shit what she thinks,” the self-professed “gender fluid” Rose wrote on social media.
Perry’s representative, though. vehemently denies the accusation.
“The allegations being circulated on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous reckless lies,” Perry’s rep told Variety. “Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have repeatedly been denied by those named.”
Rose claims that the incident occurred nearly 20 years ago.
“She didn’t kiss me,” Rose exclaimed. “She saw me ‘resting’ on my best friends lap to avoid her and bent down, pulled her underwear to the side and rubbed her disgusting vagina on my face until my eyes snapped open and I projectile vomited on her.”
“After it I threw up on her, I told the story publicly but changed it to be a ‘funny little drunk story’ because I didn’t know how else to handle it,” Rose added. “Later she agreed to help me get my US visa. So I kept it a secret. But I DID tell yall she wasn’t a good person.”
Rose also said it has “taken almost 2 decades to say this publicly,” and added, “it just shows how much of an impact trauma and sexual assault takes. Thank you for seeing me.”
Still, she also insisted that she has no interest in pressing charges or filing lawsuits and that she just wanted to get the incident out in the open.
Back in 2019, the Australian actress claimed that left-wingers attacked her for openly identifying as a lesbian, and later decided to call herself “gender fluid.”
Just last year, the bitter actress blasted current it girl Sydney Sweeney and called her a “cretin” after losing the lead role in the film, Christy, to Sweeney.
Rose ripped Sweeney for not being gay — like the boxer the film as based on is — and slammed Sweeney, saying, “You’re a cretin and you ruined the film. Period.”

A day after Ruby Rose’s explosive sexual assault allegations against the singer, another star’s chat show anecdote is going viral.
Anna Kendrick previously claimed that an “aggressive” Katy Perry inappropriately touched her cleavage.
During a 2014 appearance on Conan O’Brien’s eponymous talk show, the A Simple Favor actress recalled a “weird” encounter with the Fireworks singer at the Grammys.
“Katy Perry finger-banged my cleavage. It was a weird night,” Kendrick said during the interview as the audience erupted in laughter.
“She’s very mature,” she added.

When O’Brien, 62, asked if Perry “just does that,” Kendrick, 40, replied that her plunging Azzaro gown was “kinda asking for it.”
“If nobody had done it, I would’ve been a little sad,” she quipped.

The talk show host said he wanted to stay on the topic of this “unplanned” moment between the Pitch Perfect actress and Perry.
“Paint the scene. So you’re standing still and Katy Perry walks by and [makes noise and points finger in a downward motion]?” he asked.
“I have met her before, and she’s like … she’s aggressive. I like it,” Kendrick responded.

Page Six has reached out to reps for both Perry and Kendrick but did not immediately hear back.
The Woman of the Hour star’s interview resurfaced after the pop star, 41, denied sexually assaulting Ruby Rose two decades ago.
Over the weekend, the Orange Is the New Black star, also 40, took to Threads to allege that the incident went down at a nightclub in Melbourne, Australia, when she was in her 20s.
“Katy Perry sexual assaulted me at spice market nightclub in Melbourne. Who gives a s**t what she thinks,” Rose wrote in response to Complex Music’s post about the Dark Horse songstress’s reaction to Justin Bieber’s Coachella 2026 performance.

Rose claimed Perry “pulled her underwear to the side and rubbed her disgusting vagina on my face until my eyes snapped open and I projectile vomited on her.”

Perry’s rep denied Rose’s claim in a statement to Page Six.
“The allegations being circulated on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous reckless lies,” the rep said.
“Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have repeatedly been denied by those named,” the statement continued.
After denying Rose’s claims, Perry shared a cryptic message on her Instagram Stories Tuesday.
“I love you,” the hitmaker wrote underneath an image of her hit 2013 song By the Grace of God. The lyrics of the song notably focus on survival and recovery.

A little distance is no match for Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau.
The pop star, 41, and the Canadian politician, 54, are going strong several months into their romance despite busy schedules, a Perry source tells PEOPLE.
“The priority for both of them is stability for the kids. Katy and Justin have had to be flexible to make the relationship work,” the source says. “They travel whenever they can to spend time together. The long-distance dynamic was never a surprise to them.”
Perry is mom to daughter Daisy Dove, 5, with ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom, while Trudeau shares sons Xavier, 18, and Hadrien, 12, and daughter Ella-Grace, 17, with estranged wife Sophie Grégoire Trudeau.
The source says that both the “Firework” singer and the former prime minister “understood from the beginning that their lives were complicated and that it wouldn’t be the easiest relationship logistically.”
Still, the pair “really wanted to see where things could go, and have been determined to make it work.”

Perry wrapped her Lifetimes Tour in December after nearly 100 shows, and the source adds that while she was on the road, Trudeau often made an effort to travel to see her.
“She fell for him early on because he really showed that he was interested,” the source says. “They’ve already had to navigate a lot of logistics. The fact that they’ve been willing to do that says a lot about how serious they are about each other.”
Perry and Trudeau were first spotted together in Montréal in July, and made their relationship Instagram official in December.
The singer has since shared a number of photos of Trudeau to Instagram, including a recent post that included a selfie of the pair with Perry making a funny face. In another photo, Trudeau held a wand made of pipe cleaners while sitting at the dinner table with a pipe cleaner headband.
Trudeau’s son Xavier revealed in an Instagram video in February that he’s met Perry, and she has his stamp of approval.
“She’s cool, she’s nice,” he said. “We talked for hours, talking about my music. She gave me advice and next steps for me and stuff.”
