As the countdown to Taylor Swift‘s 12th studio album continues, the “Love Story” singer has given fans yet another morsel of content from The Life of a Showgirl. Taking to Instagram to announce a new limited “shimmer pink” vinyl edition of the forthcoming album, Swift simultaneously unveiled a new image of her posing in a pink corset, tiny black shorts, and basically nothing else.

“A showgirl knows to save some of her best tricks for the grand finale…,” she wrote. “The Life of a Showgirl: The Crowd is Your King Edition on Summertime Spritz Pink Shimmer Vinyl is available to pre-order now exclusively at @target while supplies last ❤️‍🔥.”

Swift’s pale pink corset was trimmed in jewels, cinched at the waist, and slightly longer in the back. As for accessories, she wore an appropriately extravagant headpiece that was also jeweled and feathered. In her left hand, the Red singer held—what else?—The Life of a Showgirl.

Swift announced her forthcoming album several weeks ago during an appearance on Travis and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast. In the episode, the Lover singer asks the duo, “Can I show you something?” To which Jason replies, “Okay, what do we got? We got a briefcase? Mint green, with T.S. on it.”

“Yep,” Swift responded, to which Jason asked, “What’s in it?”

“This is my brand new album, The Life of a Showgirl,” Swift says. Travis, in response, cheers, “TS 12!”

The very next day, Swift shared the track list and release date of the new album. “And, baby, that’s show business for you. New album The Life of a Showgirl. Out October 3 ❤️‍🔥,” she wrote on Instagram.

Taylor Swift‘s arsenal of merch for TheLife of a Showgirl now includes a limited edition cardigan box set. The “Love Story” singer, whose new album drops on October 3, modeled the sparkly orange sweater in a video posted to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, September 18. She wore the knit, a pair of hot pants, and little else.

As for the set? It includes the aforementioned cardigan, plus a CD and a glitter gift box. On her website, the knit is described as an “orange tonal Lurex cable knit cardigan” with “orange glitter buttons [and] 12 Lurex embroidered stars.” Swift’s initials are embroidered on the front left chest.

Swift has been aggressively promoting The Life of a Showgirl since she first announced the new album on Travis and Jason Kelce‘s “New Heights” podcast last month. In the episode, Swift asks the duo, “Can I show you something?” To which Jason replies, “Okay, what do we got? We got a briefcase? Mint green, with T.S. on it.”

In the same “New Heights” episode, the Red singer ditched the color for a sunset orange hue that ties in with the new album’s color scheme after counting down to her The Life of a Showgirl announcement with a glittery orange digital clock.

News that Swift is, in fact, in attendance at today’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles, however, the pop star did not make her usual, highly-photographed WAG entrance into Arrowhead Stadium. Fans are convinced that the singer showed up to the stadium behind a black wall, after a viral video on X captures a team of people rolling a barrier on wheels down the hallway. Swifties are comparing her unexpected entrance to her Eras Tour box, which would hide new costumes from the crowd during her record-breaking tour.

It’s unclear why she decided to keep her attendance a secret, but either way, Swift couldn’t miss an opportunity to be support her fiancé.

The appearance comes weeks after Swift and Kelce announced their engagement. Last month, Swift also made her first ever podcast appearance on Kelce’s show, “New Heights.” During the episode, the singer sweetly spoke about the beginning of their relationship and the unconventional way they got together: Kelce’s “man tantrum” on his podcast.

“He threw a man tantrum. It’s so funny,”  she said, referring to the 2023 episode during which the football player shared regret over not getting to meet Swift after her Eras Tour show in Kansas City.  “It was such a wild romantic gesture to be like I want to date you. At first when I looked at it I was like, ‘This dude didn’t get a meet-and-greet, and he’s making it everyone’s problem.’ That’s what I thought at first. You realize he didn’t even reach out to management.”

Elsewhere during the historic episode, Swift unveiled the cover and track list for her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, which drops on October 3.
