Nicole Kidman has admitted she was so turned on when shooting erotic drama Babygirl that at one point she had to pause filming.
The 57-year-old actress stars in the upcoming erotic movie opposite The Iron Claw star Harris Dickinson, 28.
The film sees Nicole play a high-powered married company boss who falls for a kinky young intern.
And according to The Sun, in a revealing new interview Nicole said that performing the scenes with Harrison and Antonio Banderas, 64, as her husband, Jacob, was often too much to cope with.
Nicole started by saying: ‘There was an enormous amount of sharing and trust and then frustration. It’s like, “Don’t touch me”.

‘There were times when we were shooting where I was like, “I don’t want to orgasm any more”.
‘Don’t come near me. I hate doing this. I don’t care if I am never touched again in my life! I’m over it.
‘It was so present all the time for me that it was almost like a burnout.’
Babygirl hits cinemas on Christmas Day in the US and January 10 in the UK.
The movie follows powerful CEO Romy (Kidman) who puts her career and life’s work in danger when she begins an intense affair with her young intern Samuel (Dickinson).
Director Halina Reijn was inspired by Sharon Stone and Michael Douglas’ sexual thriller Basic Instinct and by hearing about a woman who had never experienced sexual pleasure during her 25-year marriage.
Nicole said she was attracted to the project because it was ‘an area [she’d] never been’ in her career.
She explained: ‘I’ve always been on a quest as an actor, I’m always going, where have I not been? And what can I explore as a human being? And this was an area I’d never been.’

The duo embark on a steamy relationship
The Hollywood star has already received critical acclaim for what is considered her raunchiest performance to date following the film’s premiere at the Venice Film Festival in August, where she was awarded Best Actress.
The cast convened with an intimacy co-ordinator for the racy scenes and Nicole believes she was able to act the racy moments because Halina was a female director.
She said: ‘It’s the story that I wanted to be a part of, that I wanted to tell, and every part of me was committed to that. There was enormous care taken by all of us.
‘We were all very, very gentle with each other and helped each other – Harris, Antonio.’
Nicole has been married to country singer Keith Urban for 18 years and they have two daughters – Sunday Rose, 15, and Faith Margaret, 13.
Of taking on the project, she said: ‘Unfortunately, when you have a family at home and everything, there has to be a sort of agreement that’s made where you go, “I’m now going to go into this and I’m asking your permission to let me go”.
‘So there’s a releasing of you into your artistic life and then you come back to your home and your real life. But there is a sort of letting go that’s required.’
Nicole has not been afraid to push the boundaries during her 40-year Hollywood career. In 1999 she starred in an orgy scene in the film Eyes Wide Shut with then-husband Tom Cruise.
The couple tied the knot in 1990 and were wed until 2001. They share two children; Bella, 31, and Connor, 29.
Babygirl is being hailed as Nicole’s raunchiest film to date – after she stunned fans with her racy sex scene in The Perfect Couple.
Nicole and Liev Schreiber, 56, play a married couple who become involved in a murder mystery in the show, which is based on a popular novel.
The couple get intimate in one racy scene, during which they are seen in a passionate clinch by a window.

The trailer for Babygirl shows how Nicole’s character becomes increasingly ‘liberated’ by the steamy liaisons.
The trailer begins with Romy first noticing Samuel on the street, after he calms down a dog who had begun running towards her.
Viewers are then given a glimpse into Romy’s life balancing her career with family, from caring to her children to her relationship with her adoring husband Jacob (Antonio Banderas).
‘Don’t you have to be at work yet?’ he asks her as her husband plants a kiss on her cheek.
‘Being a CEO means being a collaborator and a nurturer,’ she muses. ‘Everyone’s just waiting for me to buckle under the pressure.’
Once at work, she meets the new class of interns – which just so happens to include the young man who helped her with the dog.
The sexual tension is palpable right from the start, as she asks Samuel how he managed to calm the dog.
During a one-on-one meeting, Samuel interviews Romy about her job and doesn’t hold back any punches.
‘I see myself as a – ‘ Romy begins before Samuel interrupts. ‘Power hungry personality?’ he asks.
Stunned, Romy replies: ‘You think that’s what I am?’
‘I think you like to be told what to do,’ Samuel replies before apologising. ‘That was incredibly inappropriate,’ he says.
‘Your behavior is unacceptable,’ Romy says. ‘Is it?’ Samuel asks before they share their first kiss, kicking off their affair.
Samuel says: ‘If we’re going to do this, we need to set some rules that you and I both agree on.
‘Starting with I tell you what to do and you do it.’
Kidman has described it as the most ‘exposing’ performance she has ever given – which, considering 1999’s Eyes Wide Shut, is quite a claim
The trailer offers a glimpse at a slew of romps during the pair’s jaw-dropping affair, and during one rendezvous, Samuel instructs Romy to get down on her knees.
‘No! What!?’ she says, before he demands: ‘Get on your knees now,’ and chuckles: ‘Is that what you want?’
As the affair continues, Romy tells Samuel, ‘You’re very young. I don’t want to hurt you.’
But Samuel reminds her: ‘I think I have power over you. ‘Cause I can make one call and you lose everything. Does that turn you on when I say that?’
To her surprise, Samuel appears at her home and is already sitting at the dining table with her family when she enters the room.
‘Oh hey,’ he says. ‘You forgot your laptop at the office.’
It seems Romy has begun exuding a different energy since beginning the affair that her husband picks up on.
‘You seem liberated,’ Romy’s husband says.
‘I’ve never experienced anything like this,’ she whispers, ending the preview on a precarious note.
While interviewing her friend Victoria Beckham back in August for Vogue Australia, the Oscar winner shared the best piece of relationship advice she’s ever received.
‘The greatest advice I was given was there’s the individual – so there’s the me and the you – and there’s the we. And that’s only you,’ she revealed.
The Big Little Lies Star continued: ‘No one else has what you two create, or what Keith and I create, any married couple who are partners, any people who have chosen to be in a relationship together, we create this, so we decide what this is.’
She added: ‘If you really like the person–really love them, but really like them, too, god it helps.’
The A Family Affair actress also stressed the importance of compromise – a good rule to follow in any relationship whether romantic or platonic.
‘Compromise as well. A lot. It’s always trial and error, and sometimes it’s imbalanced and then it gets back in balance…We don’t gloat about it.
‘People always ask, “What’s your marriage advice?” We don’t have any! Everyone does their own thing and creates it. I’m not some relationship guru. I’m just trying to find my own way,’ she said.
