Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have separated after nearly 28 years of marriage.
“Lori and Mossimo are living apart now,” a rep for Loughlin confirmed to Page Six Thursday.
The rep added, “There are no legal proceedings underway.”
Loughlin and Giannulli have two children together: influencer Olivia Jade, 26, and Isabella Rose, 27.

The “Full House” alum and the fashion designer share two children together: Olivia Jade, 26, and Isabella Rose, 27.
People was first to report the news. The two listed their mansion in Hidden Hills for $16.5 million in February, the outlet also reported.
Loughlin and Giannulli have been married since Nov. 27, 1997. She was previously married to investment banker Michael Burns.
The pair was thrust into headlines in 2019 due to their involvement in the college admissions scandal.
In May 2020, Loughlin, 61, and Giannulli, 62, pleaded guilty to paying $500,000 to get their two daughters accepted into the University of Southern California as crew recruits — despite not being rowers.
The “Full House” alum — known best for her role as Aunt Becky in the hit ’80s and early ’90s sitcom — served two months in federal prison in Dublin, Calif., and was released in December 2020. Giannulli completed his five-month prison sentence in Lompoc, Calif., in April 2021.
Although Loughlin didn’t address the college admissions scandal directly in her first major interview after the scandal, she did talk about not holding on to the past.
“Stuff happens to everyone,” she told First for Women. “We’ve all been in positions to ask for forgiveness but to ask for it, you have to learn and know how to give forgiveness, too.”
“My family wasn’t one to hold grudges,” she continued. “I didn’t grow up in a household where if you made a mistake, you weren’t forgiven. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. So I was always told to let stuff go. And I think for your own health, you have to let things go because you can’t hang on to negativity. Life’s too short.”
The two’s marriage was reportedly on the rocks in 2019 due to disagreements regarding how to handle their legal case.
Mossimo is Loughlin’s second husband. She was previously married to investment banker Michael Burns.
There have been previous reports that the two have faced marital strain.
Loughlin and Giannulli’s marriage was reportedly on the rocks in 2019, when they butted heads on whether or not to take a private jet to a court appearance in Boston, Us Weekly reported. Loughlin reportedly did not want to on the advisement of their lawyers, but the fashion designer reportedly insisted on it.
She was also reportedly angry he at first rejected a recommended plea deal.
“Her friends think she should leave him,” a source told the outlet at the time. “But Lori refuses and says the ordeal has made them stronger.”
“Their daughter Bella is extremely concerned they’re going to get divorced,” another source said.
